Actor and singer Amit Tandon has called off his separation with companion and dermatologist Ruby Tandon. He told that they have been living together as a pair.
“We are now living as a couple, ek baar phir (once again). We are living very much as husband and wife. We realised that we are better together as one unit rather than apart as two,” he said in an interview.
He added that they are really doing well in their respective professions.
His new song is all set to hit web on Monday. Ruby is also establishing a new place and will be back in full flow shortly.
Ruby got held up in Dubai in the year 2017. She got held for behaving badly with DHA (Dubai Health Authorities). She got released after a period of 10 months.
The two also have a 9 year old daughter. Amit also said that he wants to save his marriage. “A lot of parents are applying for a divorce, but we don’t subscribe to that school of thought which says ‘it’s okay to part ways if you have differences with your partner’. We believed in saving the situation, we tried and we have succeeded,” he added.
The pair made declaration about their breakup during August 2017. The reason for the separation was compatibility problems.
There were also reports that Amit was having an extra marital relationship that he had refused during a discussion with media peple.
He has stated, “Whatever is being reported about infidelity issues, is absolutely wrong. We have been together for a while and it’s been 10 years of marriage. Issues started to arise some time back, and there were more of compatibility differences.”
Amit donned the character of Abhimanyu Modi in the super hit Television show Dill Mill Gayye. In addition, the well known personality also made it to the concluding round of super hit singing reality show Indian Idol in its first term.
