Khatra Khata Khatra, the show produced by BBC production premiered on March 11 is set to go off-air on 3rd November. The makers are also planning to make the second season of the show.
After the last season of Khatron Ke Khiladi, Colors launched a new show which tickled the funny bones of the audience with Khatra Khatra Khatra!
The jocose Colors TV show ‘Khatra Khatra Khatra’ that involves activity, jape, challenges and sizzling hosted by comedy queen Bharti Singh and her writer-husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa began in March this year and it is quite popular among TV audience. The show will now go off-air soon as per a latest report. The show features various ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 9’ contestants like Bharti, Haarsh, Ridhima Pandit, Aly Goni among others who re-appear on the show apart from the celebrity guests.
The Khatra show almost completed its 100 episodes and now it’s been finale next week. Asking comedian Bharti Singh about her comedy, she said, “Being an Amritsari, I think comedy comes naturally to me. I feel it is in my blood. I will continue to do comedy because, in this stressful life, nothing is a bigger blessing than becoming a source of laughter and entertainment. I am a Punjabi, so I take everything lightly, with a laugh,”
Bharti and her husband, screenwriter Harsh Limbachiyaa, also shot across various locations in Amritsar along with Avika Gor, Aditya Narayan and Gaurav Dubey. Different parts of the city where they filmed the show included the famous 100-year-old eatery Kesar Da Dhaba and the BSF camp. They also interacted with locals, most of who were huge fans of Bharti.
A report on India Forums reveals the show will end in next month November but the makers do also plan to bring it back with Season 2.
