After debuting with Band Baja Baraat, Ranveer has become one of the top most star in Bollywood now. He revealed about how his mentor Aditya Chopra asked him to give the best performance from the first day itself, as he was not the typical handsome guy and audience had to watch something interesting to like.

Deewana is the movie from which King Khan started in Big screen career. It was released in June 1992. He talks about his first movie that he was looking so ugly in the film that is why he don’t like to watch it anytime now.
- Sonam Kapoor
Sonam Kapoor made her debut with Sanjay Leela Bansali’s Saawariya. The movie was released in 2005. She was casted opposite Ranbir Kapoor. She revealed that she was both excited and nervous at the same time as she was working with Bansali for her first one.
- Deepika Padukone
Deepika was so surprised for her first movie Om Shanti Om. In a leading magazine it was quoted about Deepika that she told, “I should go back and ask them, ‘What were you guys thinking? Why did you not audition me? Why did you risk crores of rupees on me?’” Farah said that she had a gut feeling that Deepika will be a perfect match for the movie.
- Anushka Sharma
Anushka debuted with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, in which she was casted opposite Shah Rukh Khan. She revealed in an interview about her debut, she said, “Adi had said you are not the most good-looking girl we have seen. So, it was not because of that reason that he was taking me in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. He told me that he signed me purely because of my talent and what I did in the auditions. It felt really good. I didn’t feel bad about it at all when he said I’m not the most good-looking girl. Because at least he was being honest with me at that time.”
