Popular actress Yami Gautam was recently chosen as the brand ambassador of the recent Rising Himachal Global Investors Meet 2019. She got selected by the government of Himachal Pradesh. Recently, she was seen being criticized by the social media users as she called Chandigarh as her home town.

It is a fact that Yami Gautam was born in Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh and the users on social media channels really got offended when she said that Chandigarh was her hometown during her performance in the reality show.
Meanwhile, one of the user came into the issue and he Tweeted, “Himachal government is introducing actress Yami Gautam as the brand ambassador of Himachal in the Global Investor Meet and On Bigg Boss show, she said that she is from Chandigarh.”

Very soon after this tweet was posted, Yami Gautam came forward to clarify the fact that she believes in the strength of mind and also works over the show of words.
In her reply to the Tweet, Yami Gautam posted, “Meri janambhoomi Devnagri Himachal, Karam bhoomi Mumbai, Parvarish Chandigarh. Shabdon se zyada mazboot soch aur karya par vishwas rakhti hoon (My birthplace is Himachal, workplace is Mumbai and Chandigarh is where I grew up. I believe in strength of mind and work over show of words). Don’t worry, don’t stress.”
Her reply was very well appreciated by her fans and they were really excited about the same and they were seen liking, sharing and commenting positively on her post to make it viral.
