In the film world, some actors who have won hearts and earned a lot of money with their performances, are not fluent in English. They are :

Govinda

Govinda is one of the list of celebs who prefer Punjabi and do not speak English fluently. He knows English but he likes to speak in his mother tongue or Hindi.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the talented actors of Bollywood and he prefers to speak Hindi because English is a little crude.

Bollywood legend Dharmendra is known for his brilliant acting but prefers to speak in Hindi and Punjabi.

Hema Malini

Hema Malini is a South Indian who married Dharmendra, like him, Hema is also not fluent in English.

Rajinikanth

He was born into a normal family. After completing his school education, he did different works. He did not get a chance to get higher education nor to learn English. 

Dhanush

Popular South actor Dhanush also does not speak English. He is also not comfortable with Hindi and prefers speaking in Tamil.

Akshay Kumar

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar knows English but feels more comfortable talking in Hindi.
