Anil Kapoor, who is commemorating his 63rd birth anniversary today, looks young, energetic as well as healthy at this age. And thus, it is only natural that each time the actor gets questioned on his fitness routine.

But of late, when the actor was asked, “Does he get irritated by the question on his fitness and daily routine,” he answered he was happy to answer it.

Anil, who had a long list of releases in the year 2019 including Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, Total Dhamaal and Pagalpanti, told media people that he has done a lot of uphill struggle and then attained all the success.

“A lot of hard work has gone behind it, and it doesn’t come easy. Every morning, you get up and work towards it. For me, it has always been consistent in my work, relationships, or fitness.”

The superstar added that he did not attain fame or fitness instantaneously. He said he has invested in his relations with his spouse (Sunita), his children (Sonam K Ahuja, Rhea and Harsh Varrdhan), his team, and the people around him.

“It’s all about to give and take. If you can do that, you will have a fruitful inning. You cannot be erratic,” the actor added.

The actor stated that he never felt uncomfortable while disclosing his actual age.

In actual fact, he added said that he and Sallu used to have a laugh exaggerating their age to appear young.

Anil stated, “Salman (Khan) and I used to always joke ‘whatever your age is, usse zyaada bolo, so you look younger (laughs)’; When you are 45, you should say you are 50! Earlier, it was possible to hide your age. There were people who used to do it and be conscious. But now, if you hide it, you look like a fool because there is so much information available.”

The actor is readying for the release of the new film, Malang, which also has Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani. The movie will reach theaters on February 14 next year.
