Katrina Kaif shares a special tip for making idlis fluffier

Idli and Dosa are the patent South Indian cuisine. They are not only known for their taste but also known for their health benefits. The most famous and our favourite Bollywood actress, Katrina Kaif has shared on her Instagram account that she loves this simple and ethnic south Indian breakfast. We all know that Katrina Kaif is very concerned about her health and always talks about eating healthy food. She says, that eating rice in limited quantities can never be harmful. So, you shouldn’t be scared of eating rice.

She also added a special tip for making idlis fluffier. She says, “Traditionally Idli is made from naturally fermenting the rice and Urad dal batter. I also end up adding some yoghurt to ferment it further. (this makes the idlis fluffier)”. Isn’t it a great tip to come from a person who is so healthy and fit. We must try it. She also added, ” I prefer having a spread of accompaniments. I usually do three chutneys moringa spinach chutney, tomato & beetroot chutney & plain coconut chutney. The other accompaniments can be Sambhar or rasam depending on my mood.”

Katrina Kaif’s constantly been vocal about the way that wellness is a lifestyle for her and not an extra assignment that she’s troubled herself with. She turns out consistently, attempts to never avoid the most significant feast of the day—breakfast—which, we made sense of during GQ’s November spread shoot — and furthermore adheres to a staple eating regimen decide to guarantee that she’s eating right constantly.

“My staple standard, which I follow 95 per cent of the time, is no gluten, no refined sugars, no dairy,” she said. All the more critically, she’s not one to disregard carbs from her day by day meals.”Carbs are fine–nothing amiss with them!” she included.
