Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar will be celebrating 19 years of marital life with wife Twinkle Khanna and he took to his social media handle to wish his wife in a unique way.
He shared a picture of himself with his wife, and the actor clearly explained how marriage is a love-hate relationship.
In the picture that was shared on social media, Akshay Kumar can be seen in 2.0’s Pakshirajan’s avatar, while Twinkle is seen petrified of him.
While sharing the picture on the internet, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Visual representation of what married life looks like…some days you wanna cuddle and some days look like…as you can see. All said and done, I wouldn’t have it any other way, Happy Anniversary Tina…with love from Pakshirajan (sic).”
Akshay Kumar did the role of Pakshiraja in Rajinikanth’s 2.0. Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna got married on January 17, 2001. In one of the episodes of Koffee with Karan, Twinkle Khanna revealed the fact that their relationship started as a fling as they were shooting for a film outdoors. Both of them thought that the fling would only last for 15 days and they never ever thought that something great would come out of it.
Akshay Kumar had proposed Twinkle Khanna before the release of her film Mela, and in the movie Twinkle Khanna was seen opposite Aamir Khan. During that time, the actress was keener on pursuing a career in acting and she informed Akshay Kumar that if the movie Mela flopped, she would marry him. As expected the movie was a disaster and they got married on 17th of January 2001.
