Television shows have given many artists since it got started. From ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ to ‘Hum Paanch’, from ‘Pavitra Rishta’ to ‘Naagin’, television has given many stars that won hearts of fans. 

Here are few of them who got much fame for their appearance in Big screen. Let’s know about there transformation from TV personalities to Big stars of Bollywood.

Shah Rukh Khan:

Did you know it before that our King Khan was a TV star before coming to Big Screen? He had worked in ‘Fauji’ and acted as ‘Abhimanyu Rai’. Again, he worked in another shows like ‘Circus’, ‘Umeed’, ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’. Later, he debuted in Bollywood with ‘Deewane’.

Sushant Singh Rajput

Remember Manav from Pavitra Rishta? He is the ‘Dhoni – The untold story’ fame, Sushant Singh Rajput. He acted in the show of Zee TV opposite Ankita Lokhande who was also his love interest in real life for years. But now the couple has separated and the actor has become a big fame in Bollywood. He was also seen in Zara Nachke Dikha, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4 and other Shows on TV.

Irrfan Khan

Irfan Khan, the star who have done many films like ‘The Namesake’, ‘Life in a Metro’, ‘Piku’ and ‘Hindi Medium’, had worked in Television previously. He acted in shows like ‘Chandrakanta’, ‘Chanakya’, ‘Bharat Ek Khoj’, ‘Banegi Apni Baat’, ‘Sara Jahan Hamara’ and several others.

Vidya Balan

The Dirty Picture and Paa actress Vidya Balan was a TV actress before she entered Bollywood. ‘Hum Paanch’ is the famous show for which Vidya was known. But she had an absolutely different appearance in the show. Then after, she got fame with films – Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Parineeta and more.

Ayushmann Khurrana

The journey of Ayushmann Started with reality shows including Roadies, ‘Pepsi MTV Wassup’ and ‘The Voice of Youngistaan’. He debuted in Big screen with Vicky Donor.

The Kaabil and Bala fame Yami was seen in TV shows like ‘Chand Ke Paar Chalo’, ‘Raajkumari Aaryyan’ and ‘Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kum’ 

Aditya Roy Kapoor

The actor first got famous for his cosmic timing and hosting talent. Kapoor made his debut with the movie ‘London Dreams’ in 2009.
